Let's Get Started
- Soak the sticky rice in water for a few hours, then drain.
- Mix the pig's blood with the sticky rice until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a cake and steam for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
- While the cake is steaming, heat the soy broth in a pot.
- Once the cake is done, cut it into slices and dip each slice into the hot soy broth.
- Sprinkle each slice with peanut powder and chopped cilantro, then drizzle with sesame oil.
