Pepper and Onion Stir Fry
This delicious stir fry is made with colorful bell peppers and onions, seasoned with a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 2 large, thinly sliced

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.
