- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dried thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Acorn squash - 2 small, halved and seeded
