A refreshing tropical juice made from fresh Parchita (Passion Fruit).
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Ice cubes - As needed
- Sugar - To taste
- Water - 4 cups
- Parchita (passion fruit) - 6 fruits
Let's Get Started
- Cut the Parchita in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
- Add the pulp to a blender along with the water and sugar.
- Blend until well mixed, then strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
- Pour the juice into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve the Parchita juice over ice.
