  3. Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan and cook until set, flipping once.
  4. Repeat with the remaining beaten eggs.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and sugar to make the sauce.
  6. Spread the sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  7. On one slice of bread, layer the cooked eggs, cabbage, carrot, onion, and ham.
  8. Top with another slice of bread, sauce side down.
  9. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make another sandwich.
  10. Heat a pan or sandwich press over medium heat and melt the remaining butter.
  11. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook until the bread is golden brown and crispy, flipping once.
  12. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve hot.
