  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the millet flour and sugar.
  2. Gradually add water while stirring until the mixture forms a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the dango balls for about 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the cooked dango balls from the pot and transfer them to a bowl of cold water to cool.
  6. Drain the dango balls and coat them with kinako (roasted soybean flour).
  7. Serve the Kibi Dango as a sweet treat or as a topping for desserts.
