Jamaica Flower Iced Tea

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Rinse the Jamaica flowers under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the Jamaica flowers and sugar to the boiling water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  6. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, pressing on the flowers to extract all the juice.
  7. Add the lime juice and stir well.
  8. Refrigerate until chilled.
  9. Serve over ice.
