Let's Get Started

  1. In a small pot, combine the ground Turkish coffee, water, sugar, and cardamom.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once it boils, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to allow the coffee grounds to settle.
  4. Pour the coffee mixture into a coffee pot or a cup, leaving the settled grounds behind.
  5. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the hot coffee over the ice cubes, filling the glasses about 3/4 full.
  7. If desired, add a splash of milk to each glass and stir gently.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
