- Kaffir lime leaves - 5-6 leaves, finely chopped
- Red curry paste - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 1 can
- Fish fillets - 1 pound, cut into small pieces

- In a large bowl, mix together the fish, coconut milk, red curry paste, kaffir lime leaves, egg, fish sauce, palm sugar, and Thai basil leaves.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the banana leaf squares.
- Fold the banana leaves over the mixture to form small packets.
- Place the packets in a steamer basket and steam for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
