Grilled Pork Tenderloin
This grilled pork tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat.
- Let the pork tenderloin marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the pork tenderloin for about 10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
