Green Bean and Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey. Pour the sauce over the green beans and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the stir fry and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Continue to stir fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and the green beans are well coated.
