Let's Get Started

  1. Place the Earl Grey tea bags in a cup and pour boiling water over them. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Remove the tea bags from the cup and add the vanilla extract and honey or sweetener. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the cup with the tea, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  5. Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the milk until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  6. Gently pour the frothed milk over the tea, allowing some foam to float on top.
  7. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired.
