Let's Get Started

  1. Place the Earl Grey tea bags in a cup and pour boiling water over them. Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Remove the tea bags from the cup and add the vanilla extract and honey or sweetener. Stir well.
  4. Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the hot milk until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  5. Pour the frothed milk into the cup with the tea, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  6. Gently stir the milk and tea together, then spoon the foam on top.
  7. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
