Crepes with Strawberries and Cream
Delicious crepes filled with fresh strawberries and topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Whipped cream - 1 cup
- Strawberries - 2 cups, sliced
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2
- Milk - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more crepes.
- Fill each crepe with a handful of sliced strawberries and roll it up.
- Top the crepes with whipped cream and additional sliced strawberries.
- Serve and enjoy!
