Crepes with Strawberries and Cream

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more crepes.
  6. Fill each crepe with a handful of sliced strawberries and roll it up.
  7. Top the crepes with whipped cream and additional sliced strawberries.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
