Cilantro Lime Corn Salad
This refreshing and flavorful corn salad is made with fresh corn, cilantro, lime juice, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Fresh corn - 4 ears
Let's Get Started
