  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture to coat.
