  1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips and coat with the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tempeh and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. While the tempeh is cooking, prepare the remoulade sauce by combining the vegan mayonnaise, pickle relish, Dijon mustard, capers, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
