- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
- Cheddar cheese - 2 cups, shredded
- Rice - 1 cup, uncooked
- Broccoli - 2 cups, chopped
