Birch Liqueur
This homemade birch liqueur is a delightful and unique spirit infused with the flavors of birch bark and spices.
Ingredients - Serves 12
- Orange peel - 1 strip
- Cloves - 4
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vodka - 750 ml
- Birch bark - 1 cup, dried

- Store in a cool, dark place for at least 1 week to allow the flavors to meld.
