  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. Layer half of the sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and fruit.
  6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, spreading it evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
