Banana Split Cake

Ingredients - Serves 12
- Chocolate ganache - 1 cup
- Maraschino cherries - 1/2 cup, halved
- Pineapple chunks - 1 cup, drained
- Bananas - 3, sliced
- Whipped topping - 8 oz
- Powdered sugar - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 8 oz, softened
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
