Bacon and Cheese Biscuits

- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Cooked bacon - 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Cold unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, diced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold diced butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
