  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold diced butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the milk. Stir until just combined.
