An aromatic and flavorful Turkish-style coffee infused with cardamom.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sugar - 1-2 teaspoons (optional)
- Ground cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground turkish coffee - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add the ground Turkish coffee and ground cardamom to the boiling water.
- Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the coffee grounds settle for a minute.
- Optional: Add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the coffee into small cups, making sure to leave the settled grounds behind.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
