Yulmu Bap

Yulmu Bap is a traditional Korean dish made with yulmu (Job's tears) and various vegetables. It is a nutritious and flavorful rice dish.

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice - 2 cups
  • Salt - To taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Spinach - 1 cup, blanched
  • Cucumbers - 1/2 cup, julienned
  • Carrots - 1/2 cup, julienned
  • Yulmu (job's tears) - 1 cup, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook the yulmu according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked yulmu, carrots, cucumbers, spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Divide the cooked rice into two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl of rice with the yulmu and vegetable mixture.
  5. Serve the Yulmu Bap as a nutritious and delicious meal.
