Ingredients

  • Tofu - 1 block, crumbled
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Bell peppers - 2, diced
  • Onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Potatoes - 2 large, diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions
