Maple syrup - For serving
Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
All - purpose flour - 1 cup
Sweet potatoes - 2 medium, cooked and mashed
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
