Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas - 8
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Pork shoulder - 1.5 lbs, boneless and diced

Instructions
