Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 8
  • Ham - 1 cup, diced
  • Spinach - 2 cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the diced ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the spinach and ham.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
