Pea and Ham Frittata

Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 6
  • Ham - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Peas - 1 cup, frozen or fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced ham and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the peas and cook for another 2 minutes, until heated through.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and peas in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
