Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, egg, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce and water. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the skillet.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Serve the spicy Turkish meatballs hot with rice or bread, and enjoy!
