Royal Family Roast

This majestic roast is fit for a royal feast. It features a tender and juicy cut of beef, seasoned with a blend of royal spices and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Beef broth - 1 cup
  • Potatoes - 4 medium, peeled and quartered
  • Carrots - 4 medium, peeled and sliced
  • Onion - 1 large, sliced
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Thyme - 2 sprigs, chopped
  • Rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Beef roast - 1 (4-5 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Rub the beef roast with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the roast on a roasting pan and surround it with sliced onions, sliced carrots, and quartered potatoes.
  4. Pour beef broth into the roasting pan.
  5. Cover the roasting pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 15 minutes to brown the top of the roast.
  7. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve the royal family roast with the roasted vegetables and pan juices.
