Ingredients
Salt and pepper - To taste
Basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
Tomatoes - 2 cups, chopped
For the sauce -
Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
Mixed seafood - 1 cup
For the filling -
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Flour - 2 cups
For the pasta -
Instructions
To make the pasta, combine the flour, eggs, and salt in a bowl. Knead until a dough forms, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
To make the filling, sauté the seafood and garlic in olive oil until cooked. Stir in the parsley and set aside to cool.
Roll out the pasta dough and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of the seafood filling in the center of each square, then fold over to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
To make the sauce, sauté the tomatoes and garlic in olive oil until soft. Stir in the basil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the ravioli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
