Raspberry Lemonade

Refreshing and tangy raspberry lemonade made with fresh raspberries and zesty lemons.

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves - For garnish
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup
  • Water - 4 cups
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Lemons - 4
  • Raspberries - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the raspberries, juice of 2 lemons, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any seeds.
  3. Add the remaining 3 cups of water and stir well.
  4. Slice the remaining 2 lemons and add them to the pitcher.
  5. Add the ice cubes and stir again.
  6. Serve the raspberry lemonade over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
  7. Enjoy!
