Prawn and Scallop Ceviche

This refreshing and tangy prawn and scallop ceviche is made with fresh seafood, citrus juices, and a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips - For serving
  • Salt - To taste
  • Jalapeno - 1, seeded and finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Orange juice - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice - 1/4 cup
  • Scallops - 1/2 pound, fresh and thinly sliced
  • Prawns - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  2. Add the prawns, scallops, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the ceviche chilled with tortilla chips on the side.
