Peach Apple Cobbler

This delicious peach apple cobbler is a perfect combination of sweet peaches and tart apples, topped with a buttery and crispy cobbler crust.

Ingredients

  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, melted
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • All - purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Apples - 2 cups, peeled and sliced
  • Peaches - 4 cups, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sliced apples, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the fruit.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Pour the batter evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cobbler crust is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
