Peach and Mango Crumble

This delicious peach and mango crumble is a perfect summer dessert. The sweet and juicy peaches and mangoes are topped with a crunchy crumble topping.

Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup, cold and diced
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Rolled oats - 1/2 cup
  • All - purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  • Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mangoes - 2 cups, peeled and diced
  • Peaches - 4 cups, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, diced mangoes, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Toss to coat the fruits evenly.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Add the cold diced butter to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the crumble topping is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
