Peach and Apricot Margarita

This refreshing margarita combines the flavors of sweet peaches and tangy apricots for a delightful summer cocktail.

Ingredients

  • Lime wedges - For garnish
  • Salt - For rimming the glasses
  • Ice - 1 cup
  • Simple syrup - 1 ounce
  • Lime juice - 2 ounces
  • Triple sec - 2 ounces
  • Tequila - 4 ounces
  • Apricots - 2 ripe, peeled and pitted
  • Peaches - 2 ripe, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches and apricots.
  2. Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Rim the glasses with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into a plate of salt.
  5. Pour the margarita mixture into the salt-rimmed glasses.
