Onion and Bell Pepper Frittata

This delicious frittata is packed with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 6
  • Bell pepper - 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and the cheese is melted and golden.
