Mezcal Cappuccino

A unique twist on the classic cappuccino, infused with the smoky flavor of mezcal.

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Mezcal - 1 ounce
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Espresso - 1 shot

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. In a separate glass, combine the mezcal, honey, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the mezcal mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. Pour the mezcal cappuccino mixture over the brewed espresso.
  6. Optional: sprinkle some cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for garnish.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
