This Mexican-inspired twist on the popular Dalgona coffee features a rich and creamy coffee foam flavored with warm spices.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder - For dusting
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Ice cubes - Handful
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hot water - 2 tablespoons
  • Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Instant coffee - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, hot water, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  2. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
