Mexican Hot Chocolate Coffee

This Mexican-inspired hot beverage combines the rich flavors of hot chocolate with the boldness of coffee.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon - For garnish
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Instant coffee - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the instant coffee, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
