Korean Gochujang BBQ Sauce

This Korean-inspired BBQ sauce is made with spicy gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, and other flavorful ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Gochujang paste - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and water.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  3. Use immediately as a marinade for meat or as a dipping sauce for grilled dishes.
