Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 6
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Spinach - 2 cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
