Jungle Bird

The Jungle Bird is a tropical cocktail made with rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Ingredients

  • Mint sprig - For garnish
  • Pineapple wedge - For garnish
  • Simple syrup - 1/2 ounce
  • Lime juice - 3/4 ounce
  • Pineapple juice - 1 1/2 ounces
  • Campari - 3/4 ounce
  • Dark rum - 1 1/2 ounces

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
