Greek Yogurt and Fruit Salad

A refreshing and healthy salad made with mixed fruits and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Orange - 1, peeled and segmented
  • Banana - 1, sliced
  • Kiwi - 1, peeled and sliced
  • Blueberries - 1 cup
  • Strawberries - 1 cup, sliced
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, and orange to the bowl.
  3. Gently toss the fruit until it's evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
