Gourmet Meatballs

These gourmet meatballs are made with ground beef, pork, and veal and are flavored with herbs and spices.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Ground veal - 1/2 pound
  • Ground pork - 1/2 pound
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, and veal.
  2. Add the egg, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the meatballs and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
