Garlic Cream Sauce

This creamy garlic sauce is perfect for pasta dishes or as a dipping sauce for bread.

Ingredients

  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  7. Serve the garlic cream sauce over pasta or as a dipping sauce for bread.
