Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Clams - 1/2 pound, cleaned
  • Mussels - 1/2 pound, cleaned
  • Scallops - 1/2 pound
  • Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Pizza dough - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams to the skillet.
  8. Cook until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels and clams have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Spread the cooked seafood evenly over the pizza dough.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are heated through.
  12. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil and parsley.
  13. Slice and serve hot.
