Croissant Latte

A delicious and indulgent coffee drink inspired by the flavors of a buttery croissant.

Ingredients

  • Caramel sauce - For drizzling
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Croissant - 1
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Espresso or strong brewed coffee - 1 shot or 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Cut the croissant in half horizontally.
  4. In a blender, combine the hot milk, espresso or coffee, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until frothy.
  5. Place the bottom half of the croissant in a mug.
  6. Pour the frothy latte mixture over the croissant.
  7. Place the top half of the croissant on the latte.
  8. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
