Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1, diced
  • Bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Corn kernels - 2 cups
  • Sausage - 1 pound, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the corn kernels, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine.
